Of course they do, because they don't care on small complains, nobody knows about them, if the news was published in a newspaper than, they would be scared.

Do they really expect anyone to take their company serious after this? Seriously?

It's like a bad movie script, handed over to a bad director, who hired an awful casting person.........You know, kind of like if Jim Carrey had tried to play Hannibal Lecter!

I think they need to read Travis' stellar blog post: http://mobilelocalsocial.com/2010/vps-net-review-good-service-but-customer-service-nightmare-beware/

Especially this part:

"I wasn’t quite expecting the CEO to reach out, but this is a good sign. They are keeping track of their online reputation. This allows them to put out shitstorms, more effectively, more swiftly. Immediately shit-storm removal."

That is hilarious, Travis. I don't think I ever related a Pulp Fiction quote to my work.

I don't want to unleash Shock and Awe just yet, but rather gather opinion and prove that I am not the only person who thinks it is unacceptable to walk on people like that.

Shock and Awe is the point when it will never go away and companies start thinking of new names.

These people at Suture Express seem to be a bit clueless... your SEO efforts are somewhat containable now... but wait until Murnahan unleashes Shock and Awe and hits up RipoffReport, Yelp and other social channels.

When it's all said and done, I'd bet Murnahan can get 8 of the top 10 listings for Suture Express... they'd better wise up.

In the words of Samuel L Jackson...

Ezekiel 25:17. "The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children.

And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you!"

Thanks Yoon, that was well put. Somehow even with all their brilliance, Suture Express simply cannot find the definition of integrity.

"...any derogatory statements from me would allow them to receive $150,000 from me per incident."

WARNING bells are going off somewhere...

Based on the track record of suture express and Brian Forsythe I'd say they are planning on screwing the wrong SEO over... again. You sign the contract, they reneg on their end (AGAIN) and then sue you for telling the truth about their newest shady/criminal activities - DISCLAIMER: I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on TV... this is just my opinion based on what has been published and something that my "gut" is telling me...

A thought just crossed my mind... PAY UP OR SHUT UP!!!

Companies like Suture Express & people like Brian Forsythe really MUST sincerely apologize for company and/or employee oversights, accidents, mistakes & out-right lies... and mean it. Then they would not have the MANY problems they face today with Consumer Backlash & extremely BAD PR... and negative posts showing up on Google... *hint, wink, nudge*

Fess Up & Make it Right. Don't wait for the spotlight to uncover all your ugly mistakes. And especially don't wait for TWO (& potentially more) "spotlight" listings on the 1st page of Google...

Dear Brian (& you peeps working for/with suture express), if you're really serious about fixing this then pay the man what you owe him(including interest, would be nice) AND don't ever screw with the man who knows SEO EVER again... AND PAY HIM REAL GOOD with NO CONDITIONS attached. Let Mark do what he's good at.

Mom always said that honesty's the best policy. Hopefully you've learned this lesson... the hard way... but then again... well, I always give people the benefit of the doubt so maybe, just maybe, you'll do what's right this time around.

[Sad thing is... the more truth that comes out the worse you guys look...]

I suppose I should make it clear that I have still never seen a check from Suture Express, and they still have the same dreadful website they spent $150,000 for (according to Brian Forsythe).

I was also told that they hired a search engine optimization company to help fix things. I guess we can see how that went. All it takes is a quick search for their company name ... Suture Express.
