Thank you Amy and Donna. I believe that there is a lot more available to each of us when we take the care to become more cognizant and overcome our doubts. I hope that you will enjoy the book. I will keep writing them as long as you will keep reading them. :-)

I just ordered your book, "Living in the Storm". Can't wait to start reading it! From what I've read on your website, I think you have touched on some very important life skills, attitudes, & character development...foundation that is necessary to build on, for a pro-active, successful life!

"The little things matter, and they matter a lot."

Yes. Yes they do.

Celebrating successes of your friends, even if you find them trivial. They are not trivial to your friend. They matter.

Support your friends when they need it. You may not know the difference you will make in simply listening to another person.

It does not take much effort to do these things, but they add up.

I myself am working on making better friends, ones that will stick with me through everything life throws at me. I do not wish to have "here today, gone tomorrow" people surrounding me any longer.

I am looking forward to journaling and making myself a better person.

Thank you Mark for providing excellent tools to help me!
